Mr. Eduardo Justo
"Zero Trust Cybersecurity Architecture"
Eduardo Justo is a Zero Trust enthusiast with a deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, risk management, and compliance standards. Skilled in identifying vulnerabilities, implementing security protocols, and protecting systems against cyber threats. Proficient in threat detection, incident response, and security policy development to ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and availability. Passionate about staying updated on the latest security technologies and industry trends to anticipate and counter emerging threats.
The field of Cybersecurity demands obsession not just an interest. I have been worked in IT in several industry for 24 years, and more than 10 years in the field of Information Security. I previously joined the DOST as a Cybersecurity Officer and now I’m with PHINMA Corporation as their Senior Information Security Officer.
My passion goes beyond the usual, because I believe that one of the ways the decrease the number of threat actors is for our country to increase the number of good citizens thru cybersecurity. And this passion was accelerated when I joined MSCpE, where I have built my goal to run for congress for the 2028 national election under the Cybersecurity Party list, and create a legislation that will integrate cybersecurity education as part of the curriculum in order to protect our children and youth from cyber threats.

Florante Sangrenes is a distinguished technology leader and educator specializing in robotics, artificial intelligence, and advanced automation systems. Currently pursuing a Master's in Computer Engineering with specialization in Data Science and Engineering at Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP), he brings over 15 years of experience bridging academic excellence with practical innovation.
His technical expertise spans Python & R Program, C++, IoT development using Arduino and Raspberry Pi, database systems, cybersecurity, and cloud computing implementations. He has successfully developed and deployed autonomous systems for infrastructure monitoring and smart retail applications, demonstrating practical applications of AI in real-world scenarios.
As founder of Emathrix Robotics and co-founder of SET Training and Certification, he actively develops Filipino-owned technology solutions while providing comprehensive training in Data Science and Analysis, Cybersecurity and Digital Forensics, Blockchain, IoT and Robotics, Green Energy, and Cloud and Edge Computing for Machine Learning and AI applications.
